Countless roads to the National Forest where wildlife such as Elk, Mule Deer, Turkey and even an occasional Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep, Bear or Mountain Lion can be seen. Come stay with us and enjoy the “Alps of Arizona”. We're located 26 miles from Springerville/Eagar and 75 miles from the Show Low/ Pinetop-Lakeside area. We are 6 miles from the New Mexico line on Hwy 180. We are located at the top of the hill in the small town of Alpine. Alpine is a charming mountain community encircled by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Alpines’ altitude is roughly 8000 ft. and truly displays four seasons. Meadows Edge Cabins are situated south of Alpine on U.S. Hwy.191 approximately ¾ of a mile from intersections 191 and U.S. Hwy180 on the right-hand side.

Griswold's Alpine Cabins has been renovated. We have added a two bedroom bungalow, and three new RV pads with water, sewer, and electricity hookups coming soon. This is in addition to our six recently updated cabins. Enjoy the outdoor firepit and grill with your friends. Three restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains. Mountain Hi Lodge is a wonderful base for all of your mountain adventures. Come join us for fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, skiing, and so much more! A continental breakfast in served Friday through Sunday, starting at 7am during our on peak season (May 15 - December 31). For the months of January and February, we will be closed. We will reopen March 1.
